Young people have been warned

Yesterday, at the Youth Center in Samarkand, students of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages held a meeting based on the idea of “Enlightenment against ignorance” and “Radicalism is a threat to the stability of society. A roundtable discussion was organized on the topic of “Protecting young students from the influence of radical ideological currents”.

At the event, which was attended by the management and students of the institute, representatives of the regional regional office of the Committee on Religious Affairs and the regional IIB anti-terrorism department, Jonibek Jumayev, a researcher of the Center, gave a speech on the topic.

The speaker warned young people about terrorism and extremism, the negative consequences of missionary activities, the influence of malicious forces that threaten our rich historical, national and religious values, and explained the need to avoid various types of information attacks based on real life examples.
