On 31 October, at the initiative of the Department of Religious-Educational Activities of Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center was held a regular spiritual and educational event under the slogan “Enlightenment against ignorance”, at the Faculty of Biology of Samarkand State University.
In this seminar, teachers, researchers, and students of the faculty participated. At the beginning of the event, participants were provided with detailed information on the ongoing religious and educational reforms in the country. After that, it was told about the establishment, goals, and objectives of the IBISRC, work done and achievements in the field of research and international cooperation. The participants of the seminar listened to the lectures of Imam Bukhari, Imam Termini, and Imam Moturidi on the life and work of the thinkers and scholars, their scientific heritage, and the work they are undertaking to study and research.
The participants were particularly interested in the issues related to education and spiritual development of young people, as well as in the scientific heritage of scholars.
At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions from experts.
