Beautiful Award of Goodwill

On September 4, Ibn Hajar Asqalani presented the library of Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center with a 17-volume commentary on the book of “Sahih Bukhari” by Imam Bukhari, a member of the Farmers’ Association of Khatirchi district of Navoi region. This work is the most comprehensive of over 100 comments written by Sahihul Bukhari.

The Deputy Director of the Center Dr. (Ph.D.) Sh. Umarov well accepted the guests and the research staff accepted them in the main hall of the building and informed them about the activities of the Center and its international relations, and introduced him to the rare manuscripts and publications stored in the library.

Having acquainted with the activities of the center Farkhod Kholikov noted that this center is a place where people can be educated and to be a great scholar: “When I was on a pilgrimage to Mecca in Medina, I remembered our great ancestor, where he was collecting hadiths, Imam Bukhari, and felt proud of the fact that he was from the land of Imam Bukhari. I am so proud to donate one of the great works of the great scholar to the Imam Bukhari International Research Center in Samarkand; I received this 18-volume book. Thank God that my intentions were sincere and good. The day I arrived in Uzbekistan from a blessed Hajj pilgrimage, I was informed by Navoi regional government and congratulated me on being awarded the Shuhrat Medal of the Head of State. I was shocked to hear that the esteemed President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has honored my many years of work in agriculture and deserved such a great award. Feeling very happy that the head of our state has given this award, I am determined to work harder for the good of our country. Most importantly, I understood the wisdom of our grandfather, Imam Bukhari, who said, “All good deeds are based on intention, and everyone is given only what he intended“.
