Visit of OIC Head of Department Ahmed Al-Hamdi to the IBISRC

Mr. Ahmad Al Hamdi, Head of the Public Affairs Section of the OIC Permanent Commission on Human Rights visited our Center today.

During the visit, visitors from the OIC acquainted with the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center and had a conversation on the work carried out and ongoing.

Deputy Director of the Center Sh. Umarov said that cooperation with OICs and plans had been bearing fruit.

It is noted that at the 43rd Session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Member States, held October 18-19, 2016 in Tashkent. The first idea of the establish the IBISRC is announced by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoev. 

Ahmed Al Hamdi expressed his satisfaction with his visit and even said that he did not expect such a wonderful atmosphere.

“I admire the work being done at your center and the Imam Bukhari Museum. I honestly never expected to see such an atmosphere.

I believe that I will always be a supporter and trusted partner of this research center.

We want to disseminate information about Imam Bukhari and his scientific heritage to our members and contribute to their involvement”.
