A major conference has started in Termiz

Today, September 12, a national scientific and practical conference on the topic “The Scientific and Spiritual Heritage of Termizian Scholars: Past and Present” has begun in the city of Termiz.

The conference is organized as part of the implementation of the presidential decree dated August 15, 2024, on the 1200th anniversary of Imam Termizi’s birth. The event features the participation of around 60 renowned religious scholars, distinguished Islamic studies experts, and specialists from the country, as well as a group of researchers from the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center.
