On January 26, an online dialogue took place between Dr. Stephanie Brinkmann, a scientist at the Saxon Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Leipzig and researchers of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center.
First, the director of the Center, Shovosil Ziyodov, gave information about the goals and objectives of the activities, manuscripts and work carried out in the field of research.
Dr. S.Brinkmann about the Bibliotheca Arabica’s project for 2018-2035, within the framework of which work is underway to compile a catalog of manuscripts, as well as to study them from a religious and scientific point of view.
At the same time, Ms. Brinkmann shared valuable information about her research work on Imam Al-Baghawi’s Masabih al-sunna.
At the end of the dialogue, there was discussion about establishing cooperation between the center and the academy in the near future.
