On November 14, a conference was held in our capital on the topic “The Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan named after Abu Raihan Biruni is 80 years old.”
The conference was attended by the heads of the country’s leading scientific and cultural institutions, representatives of a number of foreign organizations, prominent scientists, scientists and cultural figures.
The director of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, Doctor of Historical Sciences Shovosil Ziyоdov also took part and made a report about the cooperation relations established between the Institute and the Center.
The center has long been implementing a number of joint projects with the Institute of Oriental Studies. These include seminars and conferences, lectures and ongoing research.
The speaker expressed confidence that cooperation between institutions will improve in the future, and cooperation in the study of ancient sources will be further strengthened.
