Researchers of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center Shukurllo Umarov and Suxrob Ergashev participated in the scientific-practical international conference ” V-s Artuch readings” on the topic “Actual issues of of Philological, Social, Humanitarian and Natural Sciences in modern times ” under the auspices of the initiative of the Pedagogical Institute of Tajikistan in Penjikent.
At the plenary session of the conference, organized with the participation of scientists from many countries in a mountain camp located in the village of Artuch of Tajikistan, Shukurllo Umarov, Head of the Religious and Educational events Department, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in History, made a report on the topic “Contribution of Central Asian scientists to the development of science”.
The scientist noted that along with Islamic knowledge, world-famous scientists in all fields of science have grown in the region, who have made an invaluable contribution to the development of science among muhaddiths, scientists of the School of Aqida, mufassirs, faqids, mature representatives of Sufi science, such as: Abu Nasr Farabi, Musa Khorezmi, Ahmad Fergani, Abu Rayhon Beruni, Abu Ali Ibn Sina, Mirz Ulugbek, Ali Kushchi and others.
Their scientific achievements subsequently stimulated the development of Western civilization and initiated the Renaissance.
During the conference, there was organized a tour to the ancient Penjikent, Sarazm settlement and the city of Sanjar shah, as well as a visit to the house-museum of Laik Sherali, a mature representative of modern Tajik literature, and to the mausoleum of Abu Abdullah Rudaki.
