A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center and the Institute of Oriental Studies named after R. Suleimanov of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This institute is one of the leading scientific centers in the field of oriental studies of the Central Asian countries. Based on the relevant decision of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main goal and mission of this scientific center is to carry out priority fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of oriental studies.
As a result of the negotiations, the Memorandum was signed between the two scientific institutions. This event to establish cooperation such as the exchange of scientific data, literature, and research documents, publication of joint scientific works, participation of teachers, students, and staff in jointly organized research and scientific conferences, organization of training courses to increase scientific potential, serves as a legal basis.
The document envisages joint development and introduction of new academic courses, the creation of dual degree programs, and practical support for master’s and doctoral scholarship holders. This institute was the second scientific institution that formalized scientific relations with the Center this year.
With this, the number of foreign partners of Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center has reached 36.
