Murals on the walls of the museum

At the entrance to the museum, the first painting in the upper right corner shows the beginning of the scientific journey of the 16-year-old Imam Bukhari, when his mother and older brother Ahmed went on a pilgrimage from Bukhara to Mecca and Medina.

The following painting shows how Imam Bukhari studied with his mentors, had a sharp mind and excellent memory.

The third painting reflects the conversation between the Imam of Bukhari and his mentor about the teachings of hadiths.

The fourth painting illustrates how the thinker selects the most authentic, trustworthy hadiths that he learned from his mentors in the Islamic world. Moreover, on both sides of the mural, you can see how the scientist was not only a hadith scholar, but also was interested in other scientific fields, such as astronomy, architecture and geography.

The painting in the center of the room shows the Imam Bukhari exam process in Baghdad. Here you can see how 10 outstanding scholars of Hadith science (Hadithologists), doubted the knowledge of Imam Bukhari and tested his knowledge.

Further, the sixth painting shows the return of Imam Bukhari to his native Bukhara and the warm welcome of the people.

The seventh painting reflects how the Imam Bukhari teaches knowledge of hadiths.

And the last eighth painting illustrates how Imam Bukhari leaves Bukhara and arrives in Samarkand.

In the left corner of the museum is a carved board on which 99 beautiful names of Allah are presented, donated by the field general of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
